About us Team Bob Qin - Barfoot & Thompson (No. 1 overall in Barfoot & Thompson 2022 & 2023 & 2024) is seeking a full-time/part-time/contractor Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills to assist the team in our Milldale Team Office. Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly disposition.

Job Description & Key responsibilities we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to handle various digital marketing tasks and support our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (including social media, email marketing, and online advertising) to promote our listings and team.

Writing compelling promotional content and creating engaging designs for marketing materials. Working at Open Homes on weekends. Managing and developing after-sales marketing strategies, following up with customers, and building customer relationships. Be familiar with all properties in local area and willing to learn.

Qualifications excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work weekends for open homes. Experience in real estate marketing is a plus. Permanent resident or NZ citizen. Good people skills.
