About the role to provide a high-quality support and coordination of communications and marketing activities that builds and maintains our reputation in the community. This includes supporting event planning and coordination, social and digital media management, interacting with our local business community and other community groups, and general administration support.

What you will need a minimum of at least 2 years’ experience working in a health or social service organisation. Graphics, design and publication production experience. Digital content creation and application.

Strong writing, proofing and editing skills are essential. Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud competency. Experience in digital and social media content creation. Flexible and adaptable in style. High attention to detail. Understanding and ability to work within the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Applicants must have minimum of a bachelor degree in marketing, digital marketing and/or communications and / or 3+ years relevant work experience. A clean and full NZ driver licence. Required to consent and undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Clean criminal convictions history and police record. Full Covid-19 Vaccination.
