About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team on a 12–15 month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role will be responsible for management and cost accounting for the Campbells site, with a focus on site profitability analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and finance business partnering to support key operational decisions.

What your day looks like:
· Prepare management reports and analyse site profitability, including variance analysis
· Monitor and communicate operational performance trends for the Shepparton site
· Partner with operations on continuous improvement projects to support business targets
· Manage product costing for new product development (NPD) and CI initiatives
· Support forecasting, budgeting cycles, and provide assistance to the Supply Chain Finance Controller
The Ingredients for Success:
· Tertiary qualifications with up to 2 years’ experience in cost accounting or business analysis, ideally within FMCG
· Proficiency in SAP or similar large ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
· Proven ability to take ownership of tasks, delivering accurate outcomes with strong attention to detail
· Exposure to process improvement and change management initiatives
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
