Manager Insurance Finance RACQ location Brisbane. Experienced Finance Manager required to join Iconic Queensland organisation and market leading insurer. Support executive management with expert analysis & insights, oversee the financial and regulatory reporting and compliance for racq insurance, inclusive and flexible work environment. About the role we are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage and review the financial performance of the organisation working closely with the Head of Insurance Finance and the Insurance leadership team. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual management and statutory reporting, compliance with regulatory and internal policies and the preparation of budgets and forecasts, You will apply expert analysis to provide insight offering strategic advice to the Insurance leadership team and to the board proving key input into the development of papers for the board and its committees. You will also lead and continue to develop of a small team of finance professionals, developing their skills, managing their performance and creating a culture of excellence. Skills & experience cpa/ca qualification, 7 – 10 years relevant experience, ability to interpret and provide strategic analysis of complex financial information, people leadership experience, experience in the financial sector, particularly insurance is desired.
