Competitive Salary: Starting at $118,265.00 per annum.
Based: Alice Springs
Term Type: This position is a Full-Time Fixed Term role until June 30, 2028.
Supporting a work-life balance with:
Annual Leave: 6 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
RDOs: Entitlement to 3.51 hours for each pay period (for 76 hours worked).
Christmas Shutdown Gifted Leave: 3 days gifted leave between Christmas and New Year.

Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for leading Housing, Facilities and Project Management functions under the Council Services Directorate? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Extensive experience managing complex projects, housing portfolios, or facility programs.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Housing, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in budget development, contract management and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in or with remote Indigenous communities.
Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Working with Children's (Ochre) card.
Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
