About the role are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a challenge? We have a great opportunity for a Management Assistant & Coordinator to join our Business Support Team within Iwi & Communities.

As a Management Assistant & Coordinator you will demonstrate a high level of competence in a wide range of administration tasks and executive support. In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and have the ability to be discrete in relation to confidential matters.

Key accountabilities demonstrate initiative and accountability. Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Excellent at time management and prioritizing. Ability to manage day to day office systems including Diary management. Manage meeting coordination and related correspondence including actions. Ability to create effective and appropriate communications. You will be positive and enthusiastic.

About You're going to be a talented administrator who is looking for a role that you can make your own. You are someone that shows a strong attention to detail, displays initiative and the ability to look beyond the obvious requirements of a situation and act without prompting, is a team member, is self-motivated with the ability to drive themselves to achieve success and organise one's own workload to meet deadlines and desired outcomes.

You are a people person, approachable and positive. You enjoy going out of your way to make things easier for those you work with. As this role covers so many aspects of the business it is important to note that you will be confident with both words and numbers and you will enjoy being the face of the business, championing successes and creating excitement around team activities.
