About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team. This position plays a key part in supporting monthly labour and overhead allocations, delivering insightful financial performance reporting, and acting as a trusted business partner to selected capability areas. Responsibilities
Support monthly labour and overhead allocation processes.
Deliver accurate and timely financial performance and project cost reporting.
Partner with cost account managers, capability managers, and project/program managers.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support financial planning activities.
Communicate financial insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting.
Full or part membership in ASCPA, ICA, CIMA or equivalent.
Proven experience in financial management and analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is desirable.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
