Management Accountant Coast to Coast Health Care location Auckland.

Coast to Coast Health Care is an expanding rural primary care service, offering General Practitioner services, urgent care services, number of allied health services over across 8 clinics covering a large geographical area from Upper Auckland to Lower Northland.

This is a key role, working in the health care sector, working alongside staff who are motivated to provide patient care to the communities in and around the clinic areas.

We invite applications for a Management Accountant whom will report directly to the CEO,  to lead our Finance team and support delivery operations in the provision of financial services, resources and facilities.

Working as a member of our leadership team, you will be involved in driving business efficiency and process improvement through the provision of quality information and relevant timely analysis. Desired experience Applicants will have proven experience in a similar role and experience leading a financial administration team..

Skills necessary for this role include; excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent relationship management skills, an excellent understanding of management accounting, financial reporting and analysis, demonstrated understanding of administrative and financial systems and processes and the ability to seamlessly integrate in to the existing management and organizational structure as an integral team member.

While responsible for the integrity of the finance system and preparation of standard accounting reports, your opportunity to add true value in this role will be through your contribution to the company growth. You will be just as comfortable working autonomously as you are being part of a team.

Experience with patient management system would be beneficial, though training will be given. As part of a team, your input drives the success of the service.
