Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field, joining our Services business. You’ll work alongside motivated and passionate teammates on the Metronet C-Series Train Fleet in our facility in Nowergup. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance for the fleet. You'll work closely with our technicians and engineering team, engaging in fault diagnosis and much more. This role will be a rotating roster of day (5:30am - 2pm) and night (9:30pm - 5:30am) shift.

We’ll look to you for the following activities:

Performing fault diagnosis, identification and rectification on the systems of the vehicle
Assisting in the identification and production of vehicle modification programs to improve reliability and maintainability
Performing post work testing and validation as necessary
Updating the Maintenance Management System with all work carried out
Supporting with train movements and other depot tasks as required

A proactive approach with the ability to manage your time effectively
A positive attitude and a team player, who is happy to assist where required
Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, diagnosing and repair
A certificate III in Electrotechnology
A current WA Electrical Licence
