Dial Up Plumbing is a maintenance plumbing & relining company. We are looking for a talented and driven plumber with experience in maintenance residential plumbing to join our growing team. About the role as an experienced plumber at Dial Up Plumbing, you will be quoting & handling a variety of residential plumbing maintenance tasks, including repairs, diagnostics, and installations. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive a top-notch service every time.

Key responsibilities assess client needs & provide them with tailored good, better, best solutions.  Nurture strong client relationships & following up with clients on further quoting opportunities. Perform exceptional residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional attitude. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe. Collaborate with the team to complete plumbing projects as needed.

What We Are Looking for experience as a Maintenance Plumber. Exceptional plumbing skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Relining experience is ideal, but not a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

An interest in stepping into a sales role – experience in quoting & reaching KPI targets is ideal. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. A genuine, trustworthy, good guy or girl. A valid driver’s license & white card. Full Australian working rights.
