About the Role

As a Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of RACV’s infrastructure, plant, and equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and presented to a professional standard—minimizing disruptions and maximizing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general and preventative maintenance across buildings, equipment, and fixtures
Identify and schedule maintenance tasks proactively
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and RACV presentation standards
Liaise with departments to meet guest and member needs
Supervise contractors and support company-wide initiatives
Contribute to team morale and operational improvements

What You’ll Bring

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

Facility maintenance expertise
Strong handyman skills (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical)
Ability to manage time and resources effectively
Clear communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with building management systems and property databases

Qualifications

A current driver’s license (essential)
