Maintenance Engineering Team Leader One Forty One Kaituna Sawmill location Marlborough.
What we are looking for we are currently recruiting an Maintenance Engineer team leader to join our afternoon shift team. Working in a well-equipped up to date workshop, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, maintenance of the plant, attending to breakdowns, carrying out preventative maintenance, scoping jobs, completing root cause analysis, machining, and fabrication, and working to ensure optimum plant uptime.
This is a full-time permanent role for 47.5 hours per week, at a competitive rate plus leading hand, night shift and tool allowance. You will also participate in the monthly profit share scheme.
About you to make the cut, you will need engineering qualification. 3 years’ experience working in production or similar environment. Motivated and willing to continually improve and try new things.
A strong team player with good communication skills. Mechanically minded. Good time management skills; reliable and punctual. Be able to work carefully, efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Demonstrate your commitment to Health and Safety.
