Our Facilities Management client is seeking a superstar Administrator to join their Facilities Maintenance team. This is an ongoing opportunity paid on a casual hourly rate

Start ASAP, Location Working from Home - must be able to travel to Perth CBD once a week, Length Ongoing, Hours Full time - Mon - Fri (38 hours per week), Hourly Rate Approx $35 + Super.

The role this role will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the Maintenance Operations team, processing maintenance requests identified during routine inspections across various sites.

Responsibilities will include manage the workflow of all work requests for 2 Government Buildings in Perth CBD. Manage service requests for both quoted and reactive maintenance work orders. Gathering all information required to submit maintenance workorders.

Ensuring all that all work order and asset management service specifications and requirements are delivered in a safe, timely and client focussed manner. Assist in scheduling of works and trades to maintain KPI's requirements. Ensure that an effecting and efficient service operation is delivered and maintained.

Manage day to day services and matters that arise and their respective operational and administrative requirements. Resolve relevant issues with sub-contractors and escalate to the Contract Manager as required. Assist in managing the financial, accounting and reporting aspects of the contract.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Assist in preparing and providing inductions for new sub-contractors. Work with the National Manager to identify risk areas and assist with improvement initiatives. Reporting and analysis of asset data. Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports within the timeframes nominated.

General administrative duties such as credit card reconciliation and claims processing as well as assisting other administrative team members. Managing a busy inbox. Database management. Systems XERO.

Experience required minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration support role in Maintenance. Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel. Excellent attention to detail and customer service. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal. Reporting skills desirable. Excellent organisational skills.
