Only Singaporean & PR will be considered.  No quota to support working permits. Candidate supports the Mailroom operational functions, ensuring a smooth orderly Mailroom workflow in compliance of workplace safety & security SOP regulations. Required to support despatch delivery on foot as required.

Daily Hands-on Operational supports at all times ensure a timely, accurate and prompt Mailroom function to customers. Customer Service focused and professional. Collect/Distribute of documents and/or parcels. Conduct checks on receiving and final inspection ensuring all delivery items are correctly packed and labelled before dispatch. Contact internal and external customers to update/feedback on delivery status. Perform other adhoc duties as required.

Requirement Min GCE N Level with 1-year hands-on Mailroom experience preferred. Must have – Computer literacy, good attendance and observe punctuality. Able to work in a diversified culture environment. Speak English and Mandarin or Malay. Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned duties with a positive working attitude. Medical and physical fit. Able to commit 5.5 work week.

Package salary depends on relevant experiences. On-The-Job Training provided as it is Entry level.
