We’re a growing business and there are lots of opportunities for people who are keen to grow their career. We run two production shifts per day: 7am - 3pm, and 3pm til late.

The types of things Machine Operators do efficiently setting up and starting machines to kickstart manufacturing. Operating core machines on the manufacturing line. Fixing any issues that might occur during manufacturing. Controlling and adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain product quality. Inspecting parts with precision and measuring tools.

Testing operation of machines periodically and conducting routine preventative maintenance, adjustments and repairs. Checking production output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Helping with general manufacturing tasks including ingredients prep, general food handling, packing and inventory of finished products, and all other related tasks. Performing required QA visual and sensory tests for products.

Accurately documenting and recording data and information for manufacturing audit and quality purposes. Monitoring compliance - overall health and safety, food safety, confidentiality. Helping to optimise the manufacturing line for productivity and adaptability - we have a continuous improvement culture and are constantly evolving what we do.

We’re keen to hear from you if you’ve operated complex machinery in a food production environment. You have an understanding of good manufacturing practice and continuous improvement. You have a very solid understanding of health & safety procedures within food production. You’ve worked in fast-paced environments where you’ve held a high level of autonomy. You have a strong work ethic and enjoy a challenge. You’re a quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude.
