Job responsibilities provide excellent customer services to meet the client’s satisfaction, story-telling and provide professional product knowledge/history to the clients, work closely with the first level customer service personnel to monitor the crowd level, to serve vip/vvip and meets their expectation, ad-hoc assignments assigned by the team leader/boutique manager. Job requirements minimum gce ‘o’ level with at least 2 years of retail customer service experience, enjoy interaction and provide customer satisfaction, possess excellent communication skills & proactive, sales driven, possess knowledge and interest towards luxury goods industry. Job details location orchard/mbs/changi airport, 5 days work week (44 hours per week), salary range $2000+commission + allowances.
