THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
Support boutique management
Striving to achieving KPI’s and store sales targets
Make sure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all times
Daily security stock counts
Undertake daily routine as directed
Stock maintenance and cleaning
Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
Attend regular training
Continuously develop own knowledge base
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The person in this role would need to have the following skills and experience
Demonstrated retail experience (luxury industry beneficial)
Highly developed and proven customer service skills
Genuine passion for the Longines brand
Computer literacy skills
Excellent organisational skills
Team player
Energy, drive and enthusiasm
Impeccable grooming and presentation
