Job details salary $1500k-$1600k, Mon to Fri 9:00am to 6.00pm, Sat 9:00am to 1:00pm. Roles & responsibilities provide excellent Customer Service, liaising with delivery team and customer via phone and email. Ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered to customers within a stipulated turnaround time. Coordinate logistics operation, forecast, consolidations of orders. Other Adhoc Administrative duties assigned by operation manager. Able to Multi task and handle complaint cases.
Requirements Singaporean and PR only. Minimum GCE N/O Level & Nitec. Permanent full timer preferred. Mandarin and Chinese speaking preferred as dealing with Chinese clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
