Azelis Australia is active in nine markets (Personal Care, Homecare and Industrial Cleaning, Agri & Horti, Pharma, Animal Health, Food, Rubber and Plastic Additives, CASE and other chemicals) and is located across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Additionally, Azelis has multiple blending facilities, warehouses and laboratories throughout the country. We are a friendly and hard working team and are looking for our next star performer. The role this is a hands-on customer service role which requires the professional delivery of end-to-end service in the order placement to delivery process. As the prime contact for customer orders through the St Marys site, exceptional customer service and the ability to multi-task will be the key to success in this role. Main accountabilities process all order in ax in minimum time and taking ownership of orders until complete, be the prime contact for bulk deliveries, regularly check with key account customers for bulk products requirements, liaise with customers on operational matters, process delivery notes and follow up of orders and invoicing, liaise with production to ensure goods are always ready to bulk runs, liaise with freight forwarders to ensure bulk runs arrive in customer nominated time slots, ensure microsoft dynamics ax is kept up to date in terms of po and so key terms, such as eta delivery date, cost, price and volume, implement customer service forecasting practices, act as the first point of contact for any external supply chain/customer service issues raised, manage and update shipping schedules, manage all export orders, liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipping schedule meets customer requirements and also provide customer shipping documents for clearance purpose, liaise with shipping agents and book cost effective overseas containers, coordinate sample deliveries. Qualifications and skills strong customer service focus, logistics background, ax dynamics experience a definite advantage, microsoft suite to intermediate level. Detail oriented and organized excellent written and verbal communication skills, hands-on mentality and proactive attitude, excellent english, both verbal and written.
