The Events Services team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join the University helping with the production and delivery of a wide range of events.

In this role, you will be coordinating equipment deliveries and event set ups and pack-downs across all university campuses. Working with the Events Technical team, you will respond to enquiries from university stakeholders, provide quotes, work on scheduling and resourcing, and deliver and set up equipment and furniture for events.

Reporting to the Events Technical Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include responding to enquiries, providing quotes and information. Coordinating equipment delivery, event set ups and pack outs. Order processing, distribution and delivery of Goldie Estate wine orders.

General equipment maintenance and organisation of storage spaces. Supporting the Events technician with audio-visual and technical services. Due to the nature of the work, evening and weekend work will be required along with flexibility across shifts. This is a full-time (37.5 hours pw), 12 month fixed-term position. Salary range is between $47,400 - $59,000 based on experience and qualifications.

This role will suit someone who likes to be active and is self-motivated, flexible and able to take the initiative. You will have great interpersonal skills which will assist you as you interact with stakeholders across the University.

Your ‘can do’ attitude will contribute to the successful delivery of University events and venue operations. You will also need a high level of physical fitness as heavy lifting and equipment set up/ pack down are a key part of this role.
