We offer a suitable candidate a job in Operation Department, in the company. The successful candidate can expect competitive annual salary package upon completion of probationary period and upon achieving sufficient level of work competency and key performance indicators.

Role description gain knowledge of product range, pricing structure, Government Tender KPI obligation. Processing Sales Order, Stock transfer in SAP, Preparation of customer Quotes and Vendor Purchase Orders.

Daily Order & Stock request processing and booking freight pick-up. Maintaining relationship with Customers and Vendors. Manager 4PL Logistic functions and communication with Suppliers on inquiries and reporting.

Support Distribution manager in processing Credit Claims, write-off approval and returns as per approval. Prepare various Operation reports including but not limited to Orders logs, Back-orders analysis, Quarterly Tender Report, Local & Export shipments freight analysis.

Liaise with Cross-functionals teams proactively regarding any potential delays or issues with order requests. Investigate errors occurring in order fulfillment and coordinate with warehouse. Conduct stock take & weekly cycle counts. Manage Logistic functions and communication with Suppliers. Back-up support to operation team in absence of Team members.

Skill & experience minimum 2 years’ experience as Customer service & Logistic coordinator role. Medical device company experience is preferred. You are passionate communicator looking for an opportunity to work in fast-paced organisation.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP software, WMS & MS Office application is essential for order processing and running reports. Strong knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to Multi-tasking and problem solve. Proficient in Written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail and prompt in responds to requirement. Can work with minimum supervision.
