Lodge Receptionist Delamore Lodge location Auckland.

An exciting opportunity has been created for a highly professional Lodge Receptionist to join our Delamore Lodge team. Delamore Lodge features eight guest accommodation suites along with a day spa and on-site restaurant to cater for inhouse guests and private functions and has one of the top 10 lodges in New Zealand.

Our team requires a flexible and responsive person who has a positive, approachable manner. They should relate well with a wide range of people and can participate fully as a team member. The position can be part time or full time with a permanent employment contract offered for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver a variety of support to lodge through, reservations, waitering and ensuring the guests of the lodge are well looked after to a high standard. A genuine dedication to customer service. A high standard of both written and oral communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and within a team successfully. A positive attitude. The ability to understand value by balancing customer requests with business needs. Previous experience in customer service and reception. Excellent computer skills.
