Level 3 Systems Engineer Ginko IT location Melbourne. Salary $80,000 - $95,000 plus super. About the role we are looking for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will require you to manage issues for a wide range of technology, systems and applications, act as the escalation point for more complex issues within the team, provide remote and onsite support (including some interstate travel), log, track and update customer queries and client documentation, assist with and/or manage small to medium projects, perform remote software upgrades and implementations, build customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, audit and identify stability and performance improvements for clients, assist with the design and delivery of client solutions. About you to be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in a similar position and excellent technical capabilities, including advanced understanding of networking, microsoft accreditation - mcp, mcse, mta etc; or equivalent experience, windows server design, implementation, and support including hyperv/vmware and office 365 migration and administration, a current unrestricted driver's licence and your own vehicle.
