Level 3 IT Support Technician Paxus location Sydney. $380 - $420 p.d.

Day rate up to $420 depending on provided experience. 12 month contract with potential for extension. Work with one of Australia's largest organisations.

Our client is looking for a tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of IT asset management and Mac products to join the team as a Level 3 TechBar support.

Key responsibilities develop and implement comprehensive IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with ITIL standards. Provide in-person IMAC support for critical offices, address walk-up and floor walking requests, and execute software installations and re-installations.

Offer in-person software installation and reinstallation support. Resolve hardware and software incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 IT Service Desk. Provide in-person device configuration support. Deliver in-person L2/L3 desktop support as required. Fulfill employee offboarding service requests.

To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your cv proven experience in IT asset management and ITIL frameworks. Solid experience in L2 and L3 troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of MacOS operating systems, applications, and hardware. Proficiency with MacOS deployment tools and remote support technologies.

Strong technical expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional) preferred.
