Level 2 Service Desk Engineer Coachwood Information Professionals P/L location Sydney. Our client is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialising in providing high quality IT solutions and currently has an opportunity available for a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer at their office at Town Hall. The ideal candidate will be experienced with approximately 5 years experience across service desk/helpdesk, implementing projects, networking and virtualisation in a managed services environment.  Technically, you will be working across many of the below areas windows server, sql and exchange, cisco routing and switching, vmware/veeam, cloud migrations, storage solutions, office365, aws and azure. About you to be a successful candidate, you will possess the following characteristics previous msp and level 2 experience, excellent customer facing communication skills & proud of your own initiative, ability to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure, excellent presentation and attitude, the ability to learn on the fly with unfamiliar technologies.
