We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Level 1/2 IT desktop engineer who will possess the following experience proven experience in a Service Desk environment resolving level 1 and 2 technical issues.

Working in a large enterprise environment supporting customers over the phone and supporting the team with various desktop tickets. Excellent customer service is key. Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience. A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Technologies required. Windows technology stack. Active Directory - account administration. Active directory. Office365. MS Exchange. MS Systems Centre. Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
