Level 1-2 Help Desk Officer or Service Desk Analyst HiTech Personnel location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. One of Australia’s most reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an enthusiastic and motivated Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst to provide operational support within the department. The successful Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst will be offered an opportunity to join a highly skilled team that support the department software environment, this opportunity will allow you to further develop your experience and grow your IT career. You will be offered an Initial 6 month contract with 2 X 6 month extensions. The successful Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to respond to emails and phone calls from internal users within a timely manner, follow standard procedures and processes for incident management and service requests, assist with day to day property and facilities operations, other duties as directed to support ict capabilities of the branch. The successful Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst must have experience in the following 3 years ict experience working within a user support focused area, microsoft system centre service manager, knowledge of basic networking concepts, knowledge and experience in active directory 2019 r2/microsoft windows 10 office 365 administration.
