About the role reporting to one of the Directors, this position involves working on a diverse range of property, commercial, private client, and estate matters. Your key responsibilities will include drafting wills and managing estates, overseeing conveyancing and subdivisions, handling client communications and file management, managing trust matters and compliance, as well as engaging with their commercial clients and undertaking tasks related to business sales, company law matters, and financing arrangements.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as AML and CFTA, Health and Safety regulations, Lawyers and Conveyancers Act, and associated Trust Account regulations is of utmost importance.
