Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager Investors Choice Property Management location Melbourne.
Our busy Williams Landing office is seeking a Leasing Consultant/ Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, driven individual to commence in 2021. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 6 months experience in the industry, hold a current agents representative certificate and a drivers licence.
The role would include, but not be limited to all aspects of leasing, including application processing and sign ups. Entry condition reports. Support to the property managers where required. Working two Saturday's per month for the purpose of open for inspections and having one RDO per month. This opportunity would also be a great path to becoming a property manager working in a small office with experienced Property Managers.
