Leasing Consultant or BDM Laing + Simmons Mount Druitt location Sydney.

We have an extremely well run Property Management Department that provides excellent service to our clients and we are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant or a BDM who can take our leasing team to the next level. You do not need to have worked in real estate sales before, but you must be driven, confident and have a strong desire to succeed. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

The role you will be responsible for leasing new and existing properties. Conducting rental open homes and private inspections. Responding to tenant enquiries and liaising with landlords. Prepare in-going reports and lease preparation. Assist and prospect with new business leads. M.A attendance, appointment setting and follow-ups. Involvement in weekly team meetings. Saturday work required with day off during the week.

The person must be driven with a strong desire to succeed. Well presented and friendly confident personality. A team player with a no fuss, can do attitude. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Lives locally with previous experience in a leasing or BDM role. The ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Must hold a certificate of registration or real estate licence.
