Learning Assistant If you are looking for a part time job, 5 hours per day during term time until the end of the year, please apply. We are looking for an energetic learning assistant to help with students aged between 5 to 10 years and have a variety of disabilities - intellectual, physical, medical, sensory, behavioural. Applicants must be willing to work with a range of students including some with complex physical / health needs.

Hours of work are currently 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9:00am-2.30pm and inclusive of a paid 10-minute morning tea break and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. These hours will be worked term-time only but may vary depending on the position.

Applicants will be required to work as part of a classroom team assisting the teacher with student learning. Previous experience working with students with disabilities or in a related field is preferred.  A sense of humour and a good command of spoken and written English is essential.
