Purpose
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing and facilitating engaging, impactful learning experiences that build capability in sales performance and frontline leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver workshops that drive behavioural change and performance outcomes. This role will focus on the Sales and Commercial Team as well as overall Leadership Capability builds.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences using adult learning principles and interactive techniques
Design and develop learning content, programs, and materials aligned with business goals and learner needs
Partner with business leaders & HRBP’s to understand capability gaps and performance challenges
Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is desirable
Certification in training, facilitation, or instructional design (e.g., Cert IV in Training & Assessment) is desirable
Proven experience in facilitating workshops, ideally in sales and/or leadership development
Strong instructional design skills with experience in designing blended learning solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt facilitation style accordingly
Familiarity with learning technologies and digital tools (e.g., LMS, virtual platforms)
Experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus
