About the role:

The Lead - Enablement role provides senior leadership and strong technical input for successful delivery of process transformation, change management and technology initiatives, enabling the Procurement organisation clear visibility and efficient use of relevant data to drive breakthrough performance in cost savings and efficiencies whilst ensuring compliance with Origin and departmental policies, procedures and values are maintained.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Drive value-adding procurement outcomes aligned with Origin's strategic objectives.

· Lead the prioritisation and delivery of the Procurement Technology Roadmap.

· Proactively improve Origin's procurement processes, systems, and business practices, focusing on automation and spend optimisation.

· Deliver the Procurement Data Insights Strategy and manage all internal and external reporting.

· Leverage deep supply chain and end-to-end procurement expertise to achieve commercial objectives.

· Cultivate strong relationships, actively engaging and influencing at all organisational levels.

· Foster innovation, high performance, and continuous improvement within the team.

· Ensure robust understanding and maintenance of controls, assurance frameworks, and relevant legislation.

 

What will you bring?

 

You will role model Origin’s values, be self-driven, with ability to be proactive and take initiative. A team player with ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of people across levels, building positive, productive working relationships.

 

· 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, and technology solutions across the end-to-end value chain.

· Proven ability to design and manage programs, driving process improvement and change in complex organisations.

· Experience in direct and indirect people leadership, guiding and influencing teams.

· Tertiary degree in Commercial, Supply, Legal, Procurement, Risk, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience with enterprise IT environments and technology implementation, ideally including SAP S/4 HANA.

· Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders.

· Highly developed planning, organisational, and communication skills across all levels.

· Proven ability to adopt new methods and challenge existing paradigms to deliver results.
