Laptop Technical Support New Zealand Police location Wellington.

About the role come and join our friendly diverse team of 50 staff based in Wellington and Auckland. As a laptop support engineer, you will be responsible of responding to incidents and requests, liaising with the external vendors to replace/fix laptops or desktops as required. You will also organize couriers, create knowledge base articles and create reports for the Service Delivery Managers. When required, you may assist with phone calls due to demand. This role will be based at Royal New Zealand Police college in Porirua, Wellington.

Key accountabilities good knowledge of Windows 10 on laptops and desktops. Good customer service skills. Accountable and responsible. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion to deliver a quality and timely service.

Full driver’s license. Police security clearance. NZ or Australian Citizen. IT qualification preferred but not necessarily required.
