Responsibilities assist food preparation in Japanese restaurant. Cooking, frying, grilling. Making of sushi, cut & remove fish skin. Assist in washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef. Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Disposing of rubbish. Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

Requirements able to cope in a fast-paced environment. No experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
