Kitchen Staff location Bedok / Upper East Coast, East. Job Type Full-Time.
Benefits Up $2500, Bonus, 44 hours, Islandwide.
Responsibilities responsible for food preparation and cooking duties. Ensure that the level of quality and hygiene is consistent. Maintaining of kitchen and work station cleanliness. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Support the preparation & production of foods. Restock all items as directed by superior. Understand and know the proper usage of all equipment in the station. Any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements must have experience in F&B industry. Must have food hygiene certification. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in Japanese restaurant will be advantageous.
