Job descriptions in charge of food preparation according to requirement. To send food down to household daily. To carry out daily and weekly cleaning of kitchen. Ensure that daily production is according to diet requirement and production quantity. Ensure that daily food preparation is according to standard menu and recipes. To organise and clean up prep area after usage. In charge of daily cleaning and washing of soiled dishes. Guide and support new Kitchen Assistant(s) on kitchen preparation.

Job requirements able to work on weekends and public holidays. With relevant working experience. Singaporean Only.
