Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive new business within the HVAC & Building Automation sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:

Previous experience in account management or sales within the HVAC & Automation industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong electrical/mechatronic/instrumentation understanding and/or qualifications.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driver's licence is preferred due to potential travel requirements.
