Our business is growing and we have the opportunity for a Junior Trade Parts Assistant to join our close-knit parts department, working with our Mount Maunganui team. In this role your focus will be on maximising the sales of parts in a manner that is profitable for Famer Autovillage and to achieve customer satisfaction.

Your typical day in the parts department will be varied and may include responding to customer enquiries, identifying their needs qualifying potential leads. Selling and providing quotes of parts, to customers. Process orders correctly, in a timely manner. Deliver parts to Service and PDI technicians as required. Ensuring that standard of housekeeping is achieved by using any spare time to keep stock clean, tidy, and correctly binned. Carrying out such other duties as required, enabling you to achieve the purpose of the role.

The successful candidate will have full class 1 license as a minimum. High attention to detail. Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The legal right to work in NZ. To ensure you succeed, you’ll join a supportive team with on-the-job training to get you up to speed quickly.
