Junior Tech Support my client specialises in the delivery of prevention, early intervention and return to work programs; for large employers of people, working on sites. These services are delivered on site by professional staff Australia wide.

About the role managing the hardware – replacement parts for sensor technology used to measure movement. You’ll manage the stock then post on request to staff. On boarding and training new staff on various software programs, video and sensor apps, plus office 365. Each Professional receives a Laptop & iPad which you’ll set up and a Sensor Technology Kit to be maintained. You’ll distribute these as part of the on boarding process. Assisting staff with creating regular customer reporting requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have flexibility, full time part time ie every weekday for approximately 2 hours. Must be an Australian Permanent Resident with outstanding communication skills. A passion for IT and excellent customer service capabilities. A technical aptitude Laptops, iPad, Office 365, and new technology sensor, video, apps used for measurement and collection of data.
