Junior Support Analyst Private Advertiser location Perth.

We are looking for a Junior Support Analyst to join our team, someone who is customer-centric and understands the importance of great customer service and wants to become a System Engineer. The completion of some IT certifications is preferable as well as the willingness to learn.

Located in Perth city, this role is a permanent opportunity to join a dynamic growing company, working within the Managed Services technical team. The role will be varied including elements of Systems Admin, Network Engineering and Service Desk Support. There is great potential in this role for you to grow in the company and we are seeking the right individual who fits well into our team.

You will be encouraged to participate in all areas of the business and will be provided with opportunities to increase your experience levels across multiple platforms and in varied environments. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adhering to IT-related Best Practices. Outstanding time management. Knowledge of Windows environments including Active Directory. Familiar with the Office 365 suite. Basis hardware and networking knowledge. Microsoft related certifications. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
