Junior Property Analyst Cerno Management Pty Limited location Sydney. Cerno Group is an independent, multi-disciplined property group providing specialist services in project delivery, property services, property investment and development, and property finance. Cerno creates, owns and manages property assets on the eastern seaboard of Australia. Our depth of expertise covers a broad range of asset classes including commercial offices, retail, industrial, education, hospitality and residential. We are looking to appoint a junior analyst to assist our Capital & Investment team with the modelling and analysis of property acquisition and property finance opportunities. The role will suit a candidate either recently graduated or in their final year of study in the Property, Finance, Economics or related fields. Role responsibilities cover modelling & analysis of property acquisition and property lending, assisting in the production of offer documentation, during ‘live’ transactions performing in-depth due diligence, assisting in the production of reports, assisting in the preparation of operational budgets, custodianship of external property market and macro-economic research. Essential requirements to be considered for the role are a strong understanding of financial models and asset valuation methodology, excellent excel competency, strong financial modelling expertise.
