Project Administrator, Location: Auckland, Employment Type: Full-Time. Are you a practical and tech-savvy professional looking to build a career in project administration? We are seeking a Project Administrator or Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both office-based work and hands-on site involvement.

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on consultative selling, we’re growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Project Administrator/Junior Project Manager to help take us to the next level.

Key responsibilities conduct accurate site measure checks and assist with project documentation. Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Maintain project records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and well-organized.

Utilize IT tools effectively for reporting, tracking, and communication. Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and logistical planning. Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams using clear business terminology. Identify potential project risks and assist in problem-solving. You will be responsible to back-up and support the hugely experienced Project Management team, learn from them, liaise with clients.

Key Skills & experience strong practical skills, with the ability to carry out accurate site measurements. Excellent IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software, CRM tools). A good understanding of project business terminology and commercial acumen.

Highly organized with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Full, valid driver’s license is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Team player.

Preferred qualifications prior experience in project administration, construction, or a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
