About the role of the Junior Project Manager delivering projects for multi-residential projects, advising the client on all development, checking all contracts are in line and within budget, site inspections and site reports, contracts administration, management of external construction companies and/or contractors, about the candidate for the role of junior project manager, the candidate must have the following skills and experience, engineering, property, architectural or construction degree, experience within the multi-residential, good knowledge of building design and construction contracts, must have at least 3 years experience in project managing projects.
