Position details full Time, Maximum Term Contract until 15 October 2024 (Project Work). Classification: SCHADS Level 2 with a salary range of $66,077 - $72,124 per annum pro rata+ Superannuation.

About your new role the Junior IT Support Officer will provide training and service desk support to Neami service locations spread across Australia. The team works in a Microsoft 365 environment. Support and training is provided remotely using a combination of phone, email, and the extensive use of remote desktop tools. The work is varied and is often busy and requires a flexible approach. The role will primarily involve training, project work and administrative tasks.

What you will bring to the role good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Apps and Services. Experience in end user technical/orientation training. Respect for non-technical users. Personal drive to take ownership of technical issues and work on providing a result, even if the issue might be deemed mundane. Problem-solving skills, including information collection, analysis, solution development, and evaluation.
