The opportunity we have a newly created opportunity for a Junior Investment Analyst to join the Investment Management team. Our team is small, highly dynamic, intelligent and will provide you with a wealth of experience to learn and further develop.

Key purpose the purpose of this position is to support the daily trade dealing, administration and reporting processes and supporting individual security and market data information provision for the Wealth Management Investment Team to enable them to meet business objectives and client expectation through efficient, effective and risk managed service delivery.

Key responsibilities as an operational delegate for the Wealth Management Investment Team, this role will focus on. Trade execution, cash flow and term deposit management of the Mutual Trust Cash Fund. Post trade reporting, broker/brokerage management, performance, daily reporting, daily static data. As well as providing support to senior members of the team for reporting and implementation of new investment transactions.

About you, your qualifications and experience degree in finance related discipline or relevant business experience. 1 - 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Understanding of domestic and global market trade/execution conventions for all investment types. Understanding of wealth management/financial planning concepts & compliance/legislative framework. Motivation to continuously improve processes and systems to effectively manage risk and compliance framework. Accuracy and attention to detail is a non-negotiable. Takes pride in doing a job well, with excellent written, oral and presentations skills.
