An established managed services company based in Sydney CBD providing consulting services, IT Procurement and Systems/Network management currently has an opportunity for an energetic Junior Engineer with excellent communication skills to join their team. This role will see the successful candidate involved in assisting with immediate client requirements from the very start. You will also be required to liaise with customers directly, both remotely as well as on site so outstanding verbal communication and customer service is a must. To be considered for this amazing opportunity you must hold recent tertiary qualifications or certifications in IT as well as have an understanding of networks, servers and desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Outlook. You will also have solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Previous or current commercial work experience will also be highly regarded.
