Junior Contract Administrator Command Group location Sydney.
This role of Junior Contract Administrator would require you to work across multiple jobs and gain experience across the complete build cycle. You shall be working with a Project Manager and assist in the smooth running of projects as well as all administration duties associated with Project Management. You shall be liaising with the sub-contractors and manage the supply agreements. You shall also be responsible for Ordering materials, equipment and plant maintenance management and assist the Project Manager in day-to -day operations.
About the client this organization is privately owned, highly regarded heritage restoration and Stonemasonry company based in South Sydney. They have some very highly esteemed Heritage projects and Restoration Works to their credit.
You will bring minimum 2 years’ experience as Contract Administrator preferably with a Construction Company. Experience of dealing with Pricing and Scope of Work. Prior experience in Commercial Construction Projects. Experience with reviewing and developing SWMS and WHS documentation. Excellent managerial and communication skills. Experience with Aconex, Buildtools or similar.
