We’re seeking a Junior Assistant Supervisor to support our Lead Coordinator in day-to-day operations across our thriving berry farm. This is a hands-on, practical role suited to someone who’s motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to build a long-term career in agriculture and be trained in a variety of areas on the farm.

About the role:

Assisting the Lead Coordinator across a variety of operational tasks
Operating tractors and machinery as required
Supporting tunnel construction and maintenance
Installing crop netting and infrastructure
Performing tasks within both the Establishment and Maintenance teams
Learning and applying farm safety, efficiency, and quality standards
About you:

A strong work ethic and genuine interest in horticulture or farm operations
Keen to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced leadership
Physically fit and capable of outdoor, manual work
Driver’s licence
Basic machinery experience (tractor work) desirable but not essential as training will be given
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
