About CHAM: CHAM (Chàm), meaning 'indigo' in Vietnamese, fuses vibrant Vietnamese traditions with Melbourne's laid-back café culture. We offer expertly crafted coffee, fun and unique drinks from Vietnam, innovative Vietnamese flavors, and a curated space showcasing fashion and handcrafted goods – where culture, taste, and creativity meet!

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a cafe (barista and FOH).
Strong coffee knowledge or a keen desire to master it.
Genuine interest in Vietnamese flavors and cultural fusion.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Must have weekend availability.
Australian work rights are essential.
